ROL-32-100/80 the Refrigerator Door PU Foaming Line

32 Stations Oval Continuous Foaming Line is designed for refrigerator door PUR foaming production. The line is installed as oval collocation on level ground.

Motor-reducer-chain drive system is used; the rotational speed of foaming line is regulated by the frequency converter. The foaming line has the structure compact, the operation simple, the transmission smoothly, the production efficiency higher characteristic, widely applies in the refrigerator door, electric water heater thermal barrier PU foaming.

Air heating system with heat exchanger

Equipped with Fresh air generating unit and ventilation system, ensure the safety running of production.
