Detailed Product Description
MHM255/195Moulding Machine is used for automobile carpet PU foaming on the synthetic fabric parts and the other similar parts foaming production.
All the ordinal operation for foaming production (to open the mold, close the mold, lock the mold, drive the mold-plate up/down, clamping the parts, to do edge-breaking of the parts) is hydraulic/pneumatic drived and by PLC control.
The mold can be operated as single-station or equipped as multi-station system with high productivity.
