MH-U series hydraulic drived mold carriers is a new type equipment developed based on ZSIMs MH type mold carrier, to meet the special requirement of automobile inner parts industry, mainly be used forPU-covering on the plastic parts and the other similar parts foamingproduction.
All the ordinal operation for foaming production (toopen the mold, close the mold,lock the mold, drive the mold-plateup/down, clamping the parts, to doedge-breaking of the parts) ishydraulic/pneumatic drived and by PLC control.
The mold canbe operated as single-station or equipped as multi-station system with highproductivity.
