PMS ST1500 polyol/cyclopentane storage and feeding system

This system is used to storage and feed to the polyol/cyclopentane.

Itis suitable in the continuous production pattern, may feed the foaming production line continues with the component material automatically.

Main Technical Parameters:

* Polyol/cyclopentane container unit,

·effective volume: 1500L;

· Material: carbon steel,

· Working pressure max. 0.60Mpa;

· With safety valve;

· Agitator with mechanical sealing or no leaking magnetic coupling;

· With pressure switch nitrogen decompressor,

 ·non-return valve on the filling port;

·magnetic liquid level meter: visual level with alarm sensors for

· Heat exchanger: Pipe-type heat exchanger installed outside the tank.

· Temperature probe,

· Double walled structure, temperature insulation out of surface of the tank;

* Double screw reciprocating /feeding pump

* Water supply required: processed running water, flow capacity: 300L/min. Brings R1the ball valve;

*The nitrogen gas supply required (if needs): 0.7 Mpa, flow capacity:600NL/min. With the 1.0Mpa pressure relief valve and R3/4 the ballvalve;

* Power supply required:  3× 380V/50HZ±10% or as customer's local condition

* Control voltage:  AC110V/DC24V;

* Enclosure and gas-exhausting system for the units of polyol /cyclopentane;
