PU automobile anacoustic cushion foaming line is special designed for automobile anacoustic cushion foaming. It consists of 1 set high-pressure foaming machine and 1 set MH200/150 PU Foaming Moulding Machine.

All the ordinal operation for foaming production (to open the mold, close the mold, lock the mold, drive the mold-plate up/down, clamping the parts, to do edge-breaking of the parts) is hydraulic/pneumatic driven and by PLC control.
