PUautomobile anacoustic cushion foaming line is special designed forautomobile anacoustic cushion foaming. It consists of 1 sethigh-pressure foaming machine and 1 set MH200/150 PU Foaming MouldingMachine.

All the ordinal operation for foamingproduction (to open the mold, close the mold, lock the mold, drive themold-plate up/down, clamping the parts, to do edge-breaking of theparts) is hydraulic/pneumatic driven and by PLC control.
